Over the past eight years I have strategically embraced specific areas of musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with the goal of becoming a concise and effective practitioner. This culminated in developing a business focused on physiotherapy for health and performance.

I have worked in teams within leadership and multidisciplinary roles. I’ve provided autonomous practice in primary care, general practice, orthopaedic, sports and private MSK physiotherapy.

I have developed a skill set that enables me to provide concise assessment, diagnosis, intervention and performance rehabilitation pathways to all service users.

I have three children, originate from South Africa and grew up in the UK. We moved to NZ in 2015 and haven’t looked back.

  • Dry Needling Level 1 (2025)

With over a decade of physiotherapy experience, I spent seven years managing my own practice on Auckland’s North Shore, leading a multidisciplinary team of 15 across two clinics.

I am a husband and father of a beautiful 3-year-old daughter. In 2020, my family and I moved to the Bay of Islands, purchasing a property on 25-acres of native forest, where we now act as kaitiaki and have created an eco-retreat on the Twin Coast Cycle Trail.
